Investigation – As required by the client, carry out credit, enterprise and other legal or facts investigation.
Draft, review and revise legal documents – Based on clients’ commission, draft, review and revise the contract, agreement, article of association and other legal documents.
Participating in negotiation – As request of the clients, participate in negotiation and discussion of commercial business project.
Agency – Based on clients’ commission, deal with formalities on behalf of the client.
Litigation, arbitration or other non-litigation -- Based on clients’ commission, participate in litigation or national and international arbitration, or other non-litigation dispute resolution on behalf on the client.
Authentication, escrow -- Based on clients’ commission, provide authentication or escrow legal service on concluding contract and other affairs.
Translation or proofread of Chinese and foreign documents.
Other legal affairs entrusted by clients – The firm is able to provide legal services and communicate with clients by using English, Japanese and Germany language.
