Lawyer Zhan Chongwen, the chief partner, director, the founder of the firm, majored in civil and commercial law in the Renmin University of China with law master degree, obtained the qualification of security lawyer in 1993. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Zhan furthered studying law in UK. In 2002, he studied in Chicago-Kent College of Law and graduated with American law master degree. He sits on the vice director of the Government Consultant Committee of BLA, legislation counsel expert of the Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, legal advisor of Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau, Football Association of China etc., the member of China Law Society.
